Engagements
The right engagement for the challenge in front of you.
Every practice is at a different stage. Some need to understand the problem. Some need a plan the team can implement. Others need ongoing execution or coordinated change across a more complex organization.
PROPHY offers four ways to engage. You do not have to purchase them sequentially; the right starting point depends on your goals, existing clarity, complexity and implementation needs.

Offer 01
PROPHY Strategy
Understand the opportunity. Decide what matters next.
PROPHY Strategy is a standalone strategic engagement designed to identify the gaps between the practice's current market presence and its growth ambitions. The deliverable is a decision-making document, not a content calendar.
- Estimated duration
- 2 to 3 weeks
- Best for
- Practice owners who need a clear strategic diagnosis and recommendations before committing to implementation.
Included
- Principal discovery session covering vision, business objectives, growth ambitions, frustrations and definition of success.
- Practice and market assessment covering positioning, reputation, website, current marketing, relevant competitors, patient feedback and available performance data.
- Patient opportunity analysis identifying relevant patient segments, procedures and needs aligned with business goals.
- Positioning and differentiation recommendations defining what the practice should be known for and why intended patients should consider it.
- Written strategic findings, key decisions, opportunities, gaps and prioritized next steps.
Not included
Content publishing, website redevelopment, campaign management or ongoing execution.
Client outcome
Greater clarity about what needs to change, why it matters and what to prioritize.

Offer 02
PROPHY Growth Partnership
An active strategic partner, not just someone who posts.
The Growth Partnership connects the practice's agreed priorities to ongoing marketing activity, observation and refinement. Scope is defined before work begins and reflects the monthly fee.
- Initial term
- 90 days
- Best for
- Practices that need ongoing strategic direction and agreed marketing execution.
Proposed standard scope
- Strategic discovery and initial direction.
- Monthly growth priorities linked to agreed procedures and patient opportunities.
- Content strategy, editorial planning and patient-centred messaging.
- Agreed social content production and publishing.
- Monitoring of content performance, audience response and available inquiry data.
- Monthly review and recommendations for refinement.
- Coordination with the practice team for approvals and required materials.
- A 90-day review of findings, progress and next priorities.
Not automatically included
Website redevelopment, ongoing SEO, paid advertising management, unlimited video production, extensive front-desk training or other unlisted services. These require separate scope and fees.
Client outcome
Ongoing strategic marketing support aligned with agreed growth priorities.

Offer 03
PROPHY Practice Transformation
Address the system, not just one marketing channel.
Practice Transformation is a defined, time-bound engagement for practices facing challenges such as weak differentiation, inconsistent patient acquisition, an underperforming priority procedure or friction between first contact and the treatment decision.
- Estimated duration
- 8 to 12 weeks
- Best for
- Practices with a significant business or patient acquisition challenge requiring coordinated change across multiple touchpoints.
Potential scope, finalized in the statement of work
- Executive and staff discovery.
- Comprehensive brand and patient acquisition diagnosis.
- Strategic positioning and messaging direction.
- Patient journey and conversion analysis.
- Prioritized improvement plan across relevant touchpoints.
- Coordination of selected implementation work.
- Defined deliverables such as campaign concepts, content direction, website recommendations or agreed conversion improvements.
- Measurement framework and implementation review.
Scope boundary
This is not an unlimited marketing retainer. The statement of work must specify which assets will be produced, which systems will be changed, who is responsible and what is excluded.
Client outcome
A coordinated plan and defined set of changes addressing a significant practice-level challenge.

Offer 04
PROPHY Enterprise Growth
Bring greater clarity and consistency to growth across locations.
Enterprise Growth is a custom strategic partnership designed for organizations where the challenge extends beyond one practice. Scope is determined by location count, variation between markets, acquisition activity, implementation responsibility and reporting needs.
- Estimated duration
- 3 to 6 months or longer, depending on scope
- Best for
- Multi-location practices, dental groups and organizations navigating acquisitions, repositioning or organization-wide patient acquisition challenges.
Potential scope
- Multi-location brand and market assessment.
- Analysis of each location's patient base, reputation and competitive environment.
- Group-wide positioning with location-specific differentiation where appropriate.
- Acquisition strategy for priority procedures and patient segments.
- Shared standards for messaging, content and patient-facing communication.
- Cross-location performance reporting and accountability framework.
- Acquisition integration or brand harmonization where relevant.
- Executive workshops, implementation oversight and strategic reviews.
Scope
Defined in a statement of work based on location count, market variation and implementation responsibility.
Client outcome
A coordinated strategic direction and governance approach appropriate to the organization's scale.
Scope and fees
Every engagement is confirmed in a written statement of work. Final fees depend on scope, complexity, location count, required deliverables and implementation responsibility. Applicable taxes, advertising spend, external production and third-party costs are excluded unless explicitly included in the statement of work.
Not sure where to start?
You do not need to diagnose the problem before speaking with PROPHY. Tell us what the practice is trying to achieve, what is not working as expected and what you want to change. We will discuss whether PROPHY is the right fit and which engagement makes sense.
