Why isn't my dental marketing working?
If your dental marketing is not working, the most likely reason is that it is amplifying an undefined position. When patients arrive comparing you on price, the issue is not that too few people saw the ad. It is that the market has classified your practice as interchangeable with the practice down the road, and more advertising on that classification simply produces a more expensive version of the same result. The fix is to correct the classification, not to buy more traffic.
Three things it is usually not
It is usually not the platform, the budget, or the agency. Practices switch all three and get the same outcome, because none of them addresses the position the marketing runs on. Interchangeable messaging distributed more widely stays interchangeable.
What to check instead
Ask a harder question: could the nearest competitor put their name on your homepage and have every line still be true? If yes, your marketing is describing the category, not your practice. The work is to define a position only your practice can honestly claim, then rebuild the message around it. Then the same budget starts attracting the right patients instead of more of the wrong ones.
